"Jango, the Shikigami Master (one who can control non-human beings such as elves, cat-women and such), gets a job from Mika, which involves lots of senseless hentai scenes and, of course, evil overlord at the very end. Gets boring at the very beginning, and is obvious and repetitive to the end."

"Events always happen in a schedule: (5 minutes of gameplay) – (mahjong battle) – (hentai scene) – (whining of lost enemy). Why is that Mahjong Battle feature included? Was it supposed to be ‘intelligent’? You can’t actually play mahjong, you don’t see the game played, you only know if the battle was won or lost. Not to mention it is indeed ridiculous - ‘the person who saves the world by playing mahjong!’ and 'You only get sex scenes by playing mahjong!'"

"The other down point would be that there is no speaking - the characters don't actually talk."

"There isn't even a save feature because the game is entirely linear and can be accessed via chapters. Aside from chapter divisions, there are back, forward, rewind, and fast forward buttons as well."

"This game just doesn't let me lose... and I can't make any decisions, either! I understand it being a novel, but it doesn't help it one bit."

"Overall, an interesting story that has a lot of cultural, and mystic symbolisms in it. If you're looking for something different, that's more like a manga or graphic novel, visit JastUSA, and pick up these two games."

"The other thing about this is the 3 "strip" or "sexual" screen shots you see of the loser after you play and win. Now, a lot of people will probably feel that this is nothing but "service"... however, I don't think it is (at least, not primarily, anyway). My impression is that it relates to the concepts described in the game - that is, that the winner consumes part of the "life force" of the loser."

"There aren't really any sexual scenes, save for some female masturbatory activities."
